Learn how to lucid dream for beginners easy in this video that removes the need for alarms or complicated techniques. All you need is a pen and paper, or journaling/word processing software on any of your devices.

While learning how to lucid dream, many of the different lucid dreaming techniques can seem daunting or overwhelming. Some require you to wake up in the middle of your sleep, or require you to learn a specific process that may be difficult as a beginner. While it's absolutely worth using and learning these when learning how to control your dreams, there are also lower effort lucid dream induction techniques like the one I share in this video, which for now I'm simply calling "The Plan Technique".

Planning your lucid dreams is very helpful for making your dreams last longer because you won't freeze up or waste time and can get right to the things you want to be doing, so have less chance for the dream to destabilise. That's not all it's good for though. Today I'll be talking about how a simple lucid dream plan can help you have more lucid dreams.

If your goal is to learn how to lucid dream fast, I suggest starting with a simple technique like this, or the even simpler Intention Technique, or MILD, or WBTB. These techniques are harder to do wrong so you remove human error as a factor in any initial difficulties you have. As your lucid dreaming experience grows, you'll find you learn how to lucid dream more easily and become lucid more frequently even with the same techniques you started off using.
