Garrett currently owns 10 single family homes, a duplex, triplex and a 4-plex. While he has recently started with vacation rentals, the majority of his single family homes are rented on a long term basis. While multiunit properties tend to cashflow higher, there is also a growing popularity among investors, so you may consider looking into single family investments.
