Rishi Sunak has faced tough questions by Keir Starmer in his first PMQs as prime minister.

Earlier today Downing Street confirmed that The Halloween “budget” has been delayed for nearly three weeks to ensure Rishi Sunak’s new government can “reach the right decisions”.

Meanwhile, the Liberal Democrats and Labour have called for a Cabinet Office probe into the return of Ms Braverman, after she was deemed to have broken the ministerial code.
