Olivia Golemgeske, a student at Northern Lights Community School, talks about her family's experience with bullying and her plan for combatting bullying by having students spend time outside and giving them a voice in their classroom society. Getting students involved helps minimize bullying and increase community spirit.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
