PFAS have been found in everyday Cosmetics. These Forever Chemicals are in skincare and makeup and can stay in the body for years. PFAS in the environment can last decades. Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) These are a group of man-made chemicals used in products. On the bright side, the “No PFAS In Cosmetics Act” would require the Food And Drug Administration to ban the chemicals within 270 days.
