Making this weekly meal prep is super easy and with a little 10 minutes of prepping raw ingredients you’ll love how seamlessly it comes together. Never agin stress about your meals, try this recipe along with the others I have uploaded and enjoy a cooking free week!

Also weight loss recipes do not need to be bland and lack lustre , you can have great meals in moderation and still lose a lot of weight the healthy way just like I did. 30kgs/60+lbs later and one thing I can attest to is the power of meal prepping and how it helped be stay consistent until I reached my goal.

INGREDIENTS FOR HONEY CHICKEN + SMOOTHIE MEAL PREP:

Seared Chicken thighs
- 1kg Chicken thighs (boneless)
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1/4 sea salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Fresh garlic
- 1 tbsp Olive oil

Honey sauce:
- 1 tbsp Vinegar (white or apple cider)
- 2 tbsp Organic honey
- 1 tbsp sesame Oil
- 1tsp Dark soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Sriracha Sauce

Green Beans:
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Shallot
- 4 Garlic cloves (minced)
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Steam basmati rice:
- 2 cups of basmati rice
- 3.5 cups of water
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
