Melissa Brisman is an attorney and the founder of Reproductive Possibilities. Melissa first started helping couples become parents of babies via surrogacy in 1996. She has been instrumental in creating the law in many states to have parents named on their child’s birth certificates when delivered by a gestational carrier.
