Rolling resistance is one of the most significant things slowing us down on the bike, so upgrading your bike tyres and inner tubes may well be the best value upgrade you can make to go faster and save watts. We test a cheap tyre and a race tyre with butyl, latex and TPU inner tubes to see just how many watts you can save by making the switch!
