Citrusbyte Presents: The Design Sprint: A fast start to creating digital products people want
Digital Product Design NYC Meetup at Rise NYC, December 9, 2015

A Design Sprint is a great way to begin work on a new digital product or feature set. By using structured design thinking exercises, you can get your entire product design and development team on the same page, reduce the risk of downstream mistakes, and generate vision-led goals for the team to measure their success.

In this talk, you'll learn how to plan, facilitate, and optimize the five phases of a Design Sprint: Understand, Diverge, Converge, Prototype, and Test. You’ll learn why and how Design Sprints work and how you can use Design Sprints to enhance your own design process.
