Israel's army released video on Saturday November 18 showing soldiers from its Golani Brigade firing shots and engaging in a battle with what is said to be Hamas fighters, in the Zaytun area of Gaza city.
Israel vowed to destroy Hamas after the militant group's Oct. 7 rampage into Israel in which its fighters killed 1,200 people and took 240 hostages, according to Israeli tallies.
