There are a lot of keto influencers out there promoting the keto diet. I'm sure there are a lot of helpful people with good diet advice, but for the most part in the entire paleo keto carnivore camp, there are only a few who I think truly do this for health reasons. They search for optimal health for themselves, and they don't fall for fads. These are the people giving the best keto advice and tips.
