The Indian equity markets witness a choppy start to the day and the benchmark indices are trading more or less flat. The Nifty 50 continues to defend the 15,000 mark. A cool off has been witnessed in the metal prices after the impact of global cues. The fertilizer pack continues to see a rally after the hike announced in the DAP subsidy by the Government of India. Strong earnings coming in from JK Tyres and there is a sharp uptick in that stock. A down tick is seen in the IEX, after 5% equity block deal that took place. Cipla also continues to be in focus.
