2019 Health Update & 40 Year Rice Recipe for IBS Recovery Day / Low FODMAP Vegan

Happy New Year, welcome to my first video of 2019.

This video begins with an honest health update and ends with an easy rice recipe, perfect for flare-up recovery days. If you'd like to skip the health chat and the photo's of me looking like I've lost at fight club then skip ahead to 9:30 for the recipe.

P.S This video was filmed on 22/01/2019 with the intention of releasing it asap but that didn't happen so please don't be confused when I refer to the date.
