Tom Greco, the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command's G2 director, welcomes in-person and virtual audiences to the 2015 Mad Scientist Conference. TRADOC and Georgetown University partnered to host the event April 28 and 29. The goal was to bring leading scientists, innovators, and thinkers throughout academia, industry and government to discuss challenges in in the future world.
