A grand jury has indicted Idaho college killing suspect Bryan Kohberger. There will now be no preliminary hearing in June as had been scheduled. NewsNation host Dan Abrams says this is a “big advantage” for prosecutors and can only be seen as a “setback” for defense lawyers, who wanted to question and cross-examine witnesses.
