Klay Thompson. NBA champion. 2x NBA All-Star. 2x All-NBA Third Team. 2x Gold Medalist (2016 Olympics, 2014 FIBA World Championships) with Team USA. Klay is incredibly explosive as an offensive force, as evidenced by his 37 points (including 9 3 pointers, also it’s own record) in a single QUARTER against the Sacramento Kings in January 2015. His ability to reach down and shoot the absolutely lights out of the gym is what everyone would be talking about if he was on any other team. Klay Thompson might not have Steph Curry’s numbers to back his jumper, but Klay’s sweet sweet stroke is much prettier.

11 three pointers is an NBA playoff record. To be able to put those kinds of numbers up in an elimination game, on the road, puts you in a class all your own. That’s exactly what Klay did against OKC in game 6. If you watch that game, the shots he was making were verging on unreal. 2015-16 was a dream season for the Golden State Warriors, winning a record 73 wins. Yes, it doesn’t mean a thing without the ring, but you can’t argue with the success they had. That was in no small part thanks to Klay’s shooting. His 3 point field goal percentage was 6th best in the league at 42.5% (behind guys like Redick, Kawhi, Curry), and a top 20 true shooting percentage that saw him finish just behind James Harden.

The point is that Klay’s stroke is smooth as all hell, and I believe there’s no prettier jumper in the league. Enjoy!
