Dweck, is one of the world’s leading researchers in the field of motivation and is the Professor of Psychology at Stanford University. Her research has focused on why people succeed and how to foster success. If you look back never in the history did we have access to so much information. We can pretty much learn to do anything with the power of internet. Yet educational institutions are using the same outdated methodology of teaching.
