Matthew Polly isn’t a stranger to martial arts because he did train in a Shaolin temple in China earlier in his life. I’ll confess, I haven’t read the whole thing because it is a huge. It is an amazingly well-written book well researched book so here we are Mr. Polly and I talking about his life, his martial arts story, his path and how Bruce Lee fits into it and why he became the person to write this book.
