We couldn't to take a closer look on Mr Beats new Burger empire. In the video we will talk about the burger chain and will review the Mr Beast Burger. As well as creating our own slightly improved version, which will elevate the Burger to the next level.

You will need the following Ingredients for the Brioche Burger Bun:

Tangzong (helps to get a fluffier Bread and It will not get stale as quickly) :

4tsp (10g) Flour
2 1/2 tbs (40g) Water

Dough (4 buns each 125g):
1 1/2 cups (180g )Bread Flour
1 tbs (7g) all purpose Flour
1tbs (12g) Sugar
1 tsp (5g) salt
1tsp (4g) dried Yeast
1/2 cup (120 ml) luke warm water
1 1/2 Tbs (22g) Milk
1 Egg
1 1/4 tbs (17g) unsalted softened Butter

Baking
15-20 min by 400F/ 200C

Garlic Yogurt Mayo:
1/2 cup (150g) Plain Yogurt
3 Tbs Mayo
1 Glove Garlic
2-3 branches Dill
2 Tbs Parsly
1 Tbs Olive Oil
1 tsp Sugar
Salt, Pepper season to taste
you can also add some heavy cream if you want a more liquid sauce

Burger:
2x 1/4lb Beef patties 80/20 fat Ratio
salt and pepper
2 slices of American Cheese (Deli style)
