Get ready for a fun and sweaty one today! My upper body was burning after these dumbbell circuits πŸ”₯ Each of them is 6 minutes long with only a minute break (help in a wall sit for those who like that kind of stuff πŸ˜‡) which makes this exercise routine pretty intense.

The circuits have 3-4 upper body exercises in them, mainly targeting the chest, back, arms and shoulders. There are a couple abs circuits just to give the other muscles a break.

You can do this at home or at the gym, as long as you have access to dumbbells πŸ’ͺ

Remember that this workout alone will not make you lose weight or get defined muscles. Doing this type of intense workouts consistently along with proper nutrition will.
