Ed-Venture: Climate Change in New Hampshire's White Mountains

video thumbnail
Join ATC on an amazing virtual Ed-Venture series, geared for young people, engaging for all ages. Starting in Georgia and traveling all the way north to Maine, each session is led by environmental educators providing exciting content across a variety of topics and disciplines that connect us to the Appalachian Trail.

In this Ed-Venture guest speakers, Patti Dugan-Henriksen, a science educator, and Rachel Freierman, A Mountain Classroom Manager for Appalachian Mountain Club, will educate us on how climate change impacts everything from fragile alpine flowers to the mountain snowpack.

While our Ed-Venture series is engaging for all ages, this session is geared towards students in grades 6-8.
