Workshop #3: Predictive multi-omics biomarker signatures |
|
Online workshop series "Multi-omics data integration"
In the third workshop “predictive multi-omics biomarker signatures”, -omics clocks and -omics risk scores will be highlighted. Patrick Deelen (UMCU & UMCG) will show how to use genetics and RNA-seq to prioritize the important genes of common diseases and traits. Gennady Roshchupkin (Erasmus MC) will discuss the latest development in AI technologies (machine learning and deep learning) in application to various omics data. Erik van den Akker (LUMC) will show how the blood metabolome incorporates cues from the environment and the host’s genetic background, potentially offering a holistic view of an individual’s health status.
