Hit Applied Effects - Motion - play with Position and Scale. Use keyboard's arrow keys and mouse, can be used at the same time.

Eg. 3 hits of the arrow key to move the music along, then adjust the position or scale with the mouse pointer. Or just depress the arrow keys while depressing the Left mouse button and moving the cursor around.

Takes trial and error but will be perfected with practice.
