Join me for a 10 minute wall pilates workout to improve posture, strengthen your back and relieve neck pain. This standing pilates video will fix Forward Head Posture, rounded shoulders and back and work the upper body and give you great posture!. Whether it be from sitting over computers, laptops, text neck or the age related process everyone needs to do these exercises to improve their posture no matter what your age. All you need is 10 minutes and a wall to work against. I recommend you do this routine daily to see great results.
