Deadly floods in Kenya’s capital Nairobi continue to engulf sections of the city’s streets and homes, including in the Mathare slum district, one of the areas most affected. The death toll from the floods has risen to 13, local authorities say, after three bodies were found in the Mathare river that crosses the slum of the same name.
