Look, we love our fried chicken nuggets covered in the sweet tangy sauce in our beloved General Tso's Chinese dish. We decided to look for a meat alternative in our quest for healthier eating and stumbled on this Tempeh recipe. Will we miss the meat? Will we miss everything about this indulgent dish? Or will we be surprised to find that Tempeh can rock our world? Us two non-Vegans are up for the challenge, we've never had Tempeh before so we don't know what texture to expect.

QUICK TIPS WE LEARNED AFTER TEST:
1. Cut the Tempeh into smaller pieces, the recipe says into chicken nugget sizes but as someone not familiar with the texture we found it was not a good introduction.
2. Try the Tempeh if you're curious, but a good alternative is Firm Tofu especially if texture is a problem for you.
3. Make more sauce because it's so good, we found the recipe was just enough to cover the protein and wished it had just a little more.
4. If you can't find Rice Vinegar, use Sherry.
5. Adjust to your liking, if you like sweeter then add more honey. Even adding broccoli is a great addition.
