Positive Team Building Activities |
|
On your next team building activity, try this:
1) Depending on your group size, have every member interact with each other. You can do this by grouping them into pairs. Have each pair interview their partner for 1 minute, and after a minute has elapsed, they'll switch. Questions to ask are their names, where they grew up, and what's something unique about them that they want to share. 2) After all the pairs are done interviewing, gather everyone in a circle and let every pair introduce their partners they interviewed, then let them switch again. 3) Before the event will finish, let them talk about their experiences, what they learned, which parts they enjoyed the most, etc. This allows the shy ones to open up a little.
