Since 2008 Hans Steenbergen is co-founder and editor in chief at Food Inspiration Magazine, the first digital magazine for foodprofessionals in the world. On the 21st of April 2010 he was chosen „best specialist trendwacher of the year, category food‟. Hans did a number of seminars, conferences and workshops where he shared his knowledge of foodtrends. His striking feature is that he links foodtrends to social, demographic and technologic developments. He is also known as the "foodservice-philosopher".
