LEGO Compatible Ausini Trains First Look Review

But so far my initial thoughts are that you’d be better off buying Enlighten trains which are a bit lower quality, but for a much lower cost.
Cons:
They are priced too high for what you get.
They are not motorized.
Only come with 10 random pieces of track.
Hard to find in the USA; must be ordered from China or Hong Kong

Pros:
New designs not currently offered by LEGO or Enlighten.
Track and trains 100% LEGO compatible.
Not compatible with Sluban tracks or trains.
There are a wide variety of Ausini trains are available.

LEGO clones or Knockoffs
This quote from Wikipedia addresses the rights for other companies to produce LEGO-like bricks, but does not address whether LEGO actually had the right to patent them in the fist place:
