Chana Chaat is a popular street food snack in Pakistan and India. It is healthy, filling, vegetarian and of course mind-blowingly delicious. This particular street-style chaat is made with yogurt also called Dahi Chana Chaat.

Chana Chaat is basically a spicy and tangy chickpea salad made with imli chutney (tamarind dip), mint sauce, sweetened yogurt, basic South Asian spices, onion, tomato, mint, coriander and sev/papri.
