FHA Forbearance Eligibility Expanded. Stop Foreclosure!

FHA homeowners who are late, in foreclosure, or losing their homes can now obtain a one year forbearance from FHA. Almost all FHA homeowners are not eligible for up to a one year forbearance in payments through June 30, 2022. FHA expands the forbearance rules and removes all limits to delinquency for new forbearance requests. If you were denied for a forbearance in March, 2020, you can apply now for a new one year forbearance regardless of how much you owe. If you are severely late on your FHA mortgage, you can use this forbearance to stop a foreclosure and buy you time to apply for a loan modification to save your home!! Attorney Diego G.
