Scores of angry protesters set the flags of Sweden and the Netherlands on fire Friday outside the Al-Amin Mosque in Beirut to denounce the recent desecration of Islam’s holy book by far-right activists in two European countries.

Nearly 200 protesters gathered outside the blue-domed building in Martyrs Square for the demonstration.
