Pastor Bill Goodwin was leading a youth group in Arizona when an allergic reaction triggered a catastrophic event - he died after being kept alive on a ventilator. His wife Karla had lost her first husband from a car accident years earlier before marrying Bill, and thoughts of another tragic death was unthinkable.
