To serve and to remain exuberant about the multitude of experiences and the people you meet throughout your service, to stimulate others using your understanding is what fulfils your life. The three key factors that envision one’s life are: Empathy, cooperation and joy as well as the selfless and the selfish factors of what defines quality service, consistency and the constant enthusiasm of the one who is to serve at any volume and to ameliorate the lives of those that require it. The first few steps to effective leadership include putting your age aside and periodically revisiting your goals!

Ms. Anvitha Kollipara is an Indian-American social activist and the founder of the non-profit organisation "Care Good". Elderly people in need of resources are located by Care Good, and they are given medical assistance. She won several awards at a young age, including T Hub's Women Entrepreneur of the Year 2021.
