Parental control doesn't lock application content, but it does with the tuner in all Roku TV sets only if you have connected a an antenna. If you have a Roku streaming device like express, for example, you can only set up a PIN number to locks apps & nothing else because Roku streaming sticks and devices do not have antenna mode, you can't connect an antenna.
