I co-lead an Employee Resource Group/Network at GSK, called EMBRACE that represents black, asian and minority ethnic employees. In this video I share experience gained whilst discussing this issue with network leads across the UK. This video talks about bias and discrimination that still exists in many workplaces in the UK. It is important that we have white allies who are able to talk about experiences that they might not have encountered themselves but have the power to change the culture of an organisation.
