Ingredients Red chillies - 6 Cinnamon - 1/2 inch Cardamom - 3 Cloves - 4 Ginger - 1 inch Onions - 4 medium sized Baby potatoes - 500 grams Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp turmeric - 1/2 tsp Oil - 2 tbsp Chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp Turmeric - 1 tsp Salt as required Coriander powder - 1 tbsp Butter/ oil - 3 tbsp Curd - 2 tbsp Dry methi - 1 tbsp Chopped coriander - 1 tbsp Method Heat oil in a pan add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, red chillies, garlic, ginger, onions and fry them well. Let the mixture cool and grind them in a grinder. Heat oil in a pan, add chilli powder, turmeric, boiled potatoes and fry them till golden brown. Heat butter/oil in a pan and add the masala paste. Add salt, turmeric, dhaniya powder and mix them well. Simmer for 2 minutes and then add boiled potatoes to it. Mix them well and simmer it for 5 minutes. Serve it hot along with rice or pulka.
