The book of Psalms is a collection of Israel’s sacred hymns, compiled and edited over a long period of time, most likely from the 10th century until the 2nd century B.C.

The Psalms are deeply resonant and historical and evoke past soul memories from lifetimes past. The psalms have been used an prayed upon so often in our history that the words carry a powerful emotional resonance that goes far beyond the meaning of the words.
