He is an ex-Citi where he served in Strategy and Sales positions in Cards and Consumer banking verticals. Ajay truly believes in the power of cost effective innovation on all aspects that will lead to value creation across the world, especially in India and supports the Socio-Capitalistic business models as the drivers of inclusive growth.

Rural economy in India is considered to be very low scale and suffering from lack of investment and growth. In this talk, Ajay speaks about how strong and sturdy business models can be developed in down-trodden and left-out rural areas. He explains how his idea of a socio-capitalistic business model is the perfect fit.
