Charlotte Duerre Watson better known as Emma Watson is an English actress, model, and activist,
known for playing Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter films.

She was born on April 15, 1990, in Paris but grew up in Oxfordshire with her mother after the
separation of parents.

Emma Watson went to the Dragon School, where she studied until 2003.

At the age of six, she decided to be an actress and she joined the Oxford branch of Stagecoach
Theatre Arts for training.

From 2001 to 2011, Watson participated in all eight Harry Potter series that garnered her fame
around the globe.

In 2005, Watson started her modelling career, appearing on the front of Teen Vogue. She has also
did modelling for Burberry and Lancôme campaigns.

She also worked as a creative adviser with People Tree, a Fairtrade fashion brand in 2009.

In 2014, she was honoured British Artist of the Year by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts.
