Recently I relapsed on my Dopamine Detox (AKA dopamine toxication).

Ever since quarantine, I've been using dopamine detoxing has a lot of benefits and can be used to reset your mind to get more done.

But the truth is a lot of people go through something called dopamine detox relapse or dopamine toxication.
