Projects supported by the Low Carbon project include initiatives to build biogas plants using cutting-edge European technology, build more efficient solar plans, develop information technology solutions to help combat forest fires, implement high precision farming, improve waste management, apply the Internet of things to the wind power industry and other major projects. These projects will help reduce greenhouse gas emissions, reduce water consumption, improve waste management, generate electricity savings, promote investment, create jobs, and spur social and economic development in Brazilian cities.
