I hope you can find sleep and gain more vitality with my nature rain and iconic heavy thunder sounds that will be presented at a dark screen composition. Recorded in the Swiss alps last year in autumn I found the files just a couple of days ago on one of my recorders. It's really a great soothing thunderstorm sound that will hopefully bring your mind peace to be in the present without having distracting thoughts that would otherwise prevent you from falling asleep.

Keep in mind that the heavy rain and thunder sounds may work against insomnia or in case of sleeping problems in general. Also try it as a tinnitus relief sound device that hopefully overshadows the frequencies in our ear. Als try it while you study, meditate, do yoga or if you want to focus in general. But keep in mind that my composition don't replace professional treatment.
