In a compelling talk that builds upon lessons learned from having launched the successful edtech nonprofit DreamWakers, Monica shares a novel new idea called Jail to Jobs — a policy proposal to spur national criminal justice reform by helping to get those behind bars back to work by leveraging the Career Technical Education (CTE) job training infrastructure already in place across the country at our community colleges.
