(The guided meditation starts at 3:03 - 13:05.) These low vibrational emotions are keeping us stuck. More than we know. Even if you think you are done with the past, it may be wise to have a go at this just to be sure. As a therapist I experience that people who say they are "over" the past - they are not. Consciously that may be the case, but the subconscious mind may still hold on to it.

The music is tuned to 528Hz instead of standard 440Hz tuning. Also added the Solfeggio 528Hz - the LOVE frequency. It resonates with our heart and soul. Our yearning to be free. It activates our ability to love ourselves.
