video thumbnail
Increasing attention is being paid to how unconscious bias adversely affects diversity in organizations – including academic and research institutions. In this talk, I will introduce you to some core concepts about unconscious bias, as well as particular ways it can impact careers along gender lines in academia, especially in the STEM fields.
