Kanchana is a 2011 Tamil horror comedy film written, produced and directed by Raghava Lawrence as a sequel to his previous venture, Muni (2007) and the second film in the installment of Muni film series. The film features Sarathkumar in the title as well as the lead role, with Raghava Lawrence, Lakshmi Rai, Kovai Sarala, Devadarshini and Sriman in supporting roles. Now the film has been Hindi remaked with bollyhood star Akshay kumar has the lead role. The movie was named as Lakshmi bomb.
