video thumbnail
In this video, Jeremy Price, Senior Editor of Next Big Idea Club, chats with Alan Lightman the author and physicist, about his latest book ‘Probable Impossibilities’.

➡️ Find out the idea behind ‘Probable Impossibilities’ and what Alan Lightman was trying to accomplish, and that Alan's goal in writing the book was to push the reader to think and feel. Alan explains more about his experience of “nothingness” as a nine-year-old boy.

➡️ Alan and Jeremy discuss the universe and other intelligent beings. Jeremy mentions atoms in a touching way that makes you think. Comically, you will see Alan in an uncomfortable spotlight, when Jeremy asks his input on a quoted paragraph from a book.
