At this year’s American Society of Echocardiography meeting, chief of pediatric cardiology and co-director of the Blalock-Tasussig-Thomas Pediatric and Congenital Heart Center, Shelby Kutty was named the Feigenbaum lecturer, after “Father of Echocardiography” Harvey Feigenbaum. Dr. Kutty’s significant and innovative contributions to the field of echo and congenital heart disease have propelled him to the top of this field, where he has emerged as a thought leader with international recognition.
