40 Minute Yoga Class - All About Balance

This 40 minute yoga class focuses on balancing poses to build focus, core strength, and better control of your body's stabilizer muscles. We work on chair, tree pose, one leg tadasana, warrior 3, handstand hops, side plank, arm balances, and a bunch of poses in between to help create a stronger sense of balance. Play around with transitions and challenge your concentration and stability. This class is taught by Helen Cloots.
